Design Process
How many revisions are included in the initial service?
Our standard package includes two free revisions to ensure your satisfaction. To make the most of our collaborative process, we encourage you to carefully consider your design needs and provide clear feedback during the initial stages.
For additional revisions beyond the initial two, a fee of 25 or 50 BDS will be applied. Depending on the complexity of the changes, it could go over this range however.

We understand that starting a new business can be overwhelming, and that’s why we offer free consultation services specifically for new businesses.
During our consultations, we’ll work with you to understand your goals, target audience, and brand identity. We’ll help you define your design needs and provide guidance on the best approach to achieve your desired results.

Can you bundle services together?
While we offer a range of packages for graphic design and photography services, we understand that each client’s needs are unique. Therefore, our prices are customizable to ensure you receive the perfect solution for your specific requirements.

How long does the process take?
The timeline for each project is unique and depends on the specific requirements and scope of work. However, as a general guideline, we typically aim to deliver completed projects within one to two weeks after we’ve finalized the project goals and scope.

How do you determine Pricing?
Our pricing is tailored to each client’s unique project. We consider several factors to ensure a fair and transparent price, including:
- Complexity of the job: The level of detail, design elements, and technical requirements involved in the project.
- Amount of time: The estimated hours required to complete the project, including research, design, revisions, and final delivery.
- Scope of the project: The overall size and scope of the project, including the number of deliverables, platforms, and target audience.
If you made a mistake, do I have to pay for it?
We’re committed to delivering high-quality work, and we understand that mistakes can happen. If you notice an error that was made on our end, we’ll gladly work with you to correct it at no additional cost. We encourage you to carefully review all final designs and artwork before printing to ensure everything is exactly as you envisioned.
Do I have to pay for revisions after the final product is sent?
Once your project has been approved and delivered, it is considered complete. Any additional work or revisions requested after this point will be considered a new project and will require a separate fee based on the scope and complexity of the requested changes.
I don't see any prices listed, what are the costs attached to these jobs?

Legal
I no longer want the work, can I just get a refund?
Rose Gold Designs understands that sometimes plans change. If you decide to discontinue a project after work has begun, we will offer a 50% refund of the total project cost if you have paid in full. However, the initial deposit is non-refundable due to the time and effort invested in starting your project.
What are your terms for payment?
For projects under $50 deposit is required before work begins. For projects over $50, a deposit of half is required. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project and before delivery.

Deliverables
What happens if I loose the files?
It’s important to keep your final project files safe and secure. We encourage you to save them in a reliable location on your computer or cloud storage. While we will do our best to help if you lose or accidentally delete the files, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to recover them in all cases.
What formats will I receive my work in?
We understand that different projects require different file formats. That’s why we tailor our delivery to ensure you have everything you need for successful implementation.
For example, a logo project would include formats optimized for:
- Screen: For use on websites, social media, and digital platforms.
- Print: For brochures, business cards, and other printed materials.
- Embroidery: For creating high-quality embroidered logos on apparel and merchandise.
Can you provide examples of your previous work?

Can I make my own changes to my logo after it is completed?
We’re passionate about creating beautiful logos that represent your unique brand. To ensure your logo always looks its best, we strongly recommend that you only allow professional designers to make changes to it. We understand the temptation to create different versions for special occasions, but even small tweaks can affect the overall consistency and professionalism of your brand.
