  • Branding materials

4. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • Payment for services is due in full upon order confirmation.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, Paypal, 1st Pay, Cash.
  • All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rose Gold or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
  • You may download or print one copy of the content on the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Site (“User Content”).

  • The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

  • In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall control.

20. Force Majeure

Rose Gold shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, and government actions.
